The point I was making was that parents ought to set constrains on their children and that people who witness children using foul language, stealing, dressing like two-bit hookers, etc. ought to say something. Their actions are more immature if anything than growing up. In a sense i see where you are coming from with all this because i too have witness if not gone through the whole growing up phase. God for bid i was a hell razor when i was an adolesence maybe still am in some ways. But Because in the society that we live in and under the many laws that protect kids from being "abused" even when the parents must sometime "not spare the whip and spoil the child" under the the eye of the law this action is by all means forbidden but when these parenting skills lack in conjuction with a child misbehaving actions and there are no consequences that fits the punishment the behaviors of the child through conditioning of society leads us to where we stand today on this matter. sorry for the poor grammar and punctuations im horrible in english class. =] I think if anything it is vice versa about the growing up part.
