Lil’ Wayne’s latest is a Lil’ Weak

Lil’ Wayne just came out with a new album called,“No Ceilings.” If you’re a fan of his rock album you may find this one ok, but personally, I think his older fans will feel the same way I do, unimpressed.

I’m not a huge admirer of this album at all, it ultimately kind of blows. It is very different from his other works.
The album has 20 songs on it and I really only liked about two of them. The first song on the album “Swag Surfin” is a banger for sure, but the rest of the songs are kind of garbage. The only other one I cared for is song three,“D.O.A.”

Now, if you’re not a long time fan of Lil’ Wayne, then you might like this new direction that he attempted, but for those of us who have followed him for a while, not so much.

To me,this album is just not him, straight up. It is full of remixes from different artists that I don’t really care mucg for, and the remixes I felt were just messy.

Wayne just recently had a couple kids in the last few years, and we’ve heard he loves being a dad.

In my opinion, now that he’s a hot big name he has been putting out music that sells quickly in order to support his family in the manner he’s accustomed to.  Which is fine, but doesn’t make for music that is deep or high quality.
